We, Anja and Tilo Jaksch, would like to welcome You in on the homepage of our "Casa de Vecinos Rosaleda".

Experience:

Until now we had several classes (e.g. Hotelfachschule Heidelberg) housed and because the teachers and the pupils experience was fairly well, we want to offer us as your competent partner for class trips to Jerez.

The teachers for instance are very contented with their apartments ("Al Frente "und "El Centro"). The distribution of the house in apartments is very convinient for the classes: They split up in male and female groups that inhabit "their" apartments.

The location directly in the centre of the town and the surrounding infastructure is seen very positive: They take their breakfast in a friendly bar, almost all sightseeings are reachable by foot. It is possible to cook in the apartments. The sparetime is spend at the big terrace or in the garden, meeting point is the spacious central patio.

Teachers as well as pupils appreciate that we live in the same house, so it is possible to interchange opinions or to help out.
